My issue is still not resolved and it’s getting urgent. After syncing with Facebook, my game my balance of ~5,000 Gold Bars has not returned. I was originally at Level 6660 and need my gold restored to compete in the All Stars Knockouts. Can a moderator please escalate this ticket to the tech team?

Thanks for reporting this. Just so we can understand what’s happening, could you tell us a bit more about the issue?

For example:

Are you trying to buy something with real money, or use your gold bars in the game (like buying extra moves or boosters)?
What exactly happens when you try to make the purchase?
Do you see any error message?
Which device are you playing on (iPhone, Android, tablet, etc.)?

If possible, a screenshot of what you see when the purchase fails would also really help.

Once we know a bit more about what’s happening, we’ll be able to guide you better 👍

When you open a level, you can see the level objectives before you start playing. For example: clearing jelly, collecting ingredients, or completing candy orders.

We're curious about how you use that information.

Do you look at the level objectives before starting a level?
And if you do, does it help you decide which boosters to equip before you press Play?

For example, some players like to check the objective first so they can choose boosters that might help with that type of level.

We would love to hear how you play:

• Do the objectives influence which boosters you choose?
• Or do you usually jump straight into the level?

Hello @Giuggiola and welcome to the community.

I did have some problems with the translation and am not 100% sure which bug you are writing about but please don't worry that you might get disqualified for this. The game has many bugs, some help us and some hinder us, but these are not the factors that would lead to disqualification from All Stars. How can you even be sure this is not just a normal feature of the game?

Your mention of economic difficulties worries me: You do realise I hope that 10 million players are competing for just 10 prizes? Please do not spend any money during All Stars thinking that you may stand a chance to win a cash prize if you buy boosters or gold. All the best players pass hundreds of levels without failing any. I can play about 60 levels non-stop each hour without failing any, so the "bug" you try to describe seems to not give you any advantage anyway against the top competitors.

Be realistic about your chances and good luck!

Yes! I noticed this a few days ago, even before the previous Star Tournament ended. A very nice addition! My problem was that I had forgotten about it, so I accidentally used it when it wasn't of much benefit to me. This will be more useful after the All Stars tournament is over, since then I could save it for help at the beginning of the new levels for the next week.

Hey everyone! And nice catch @HM100 👀

You're absolutely right. Players who have reached the end of the map can now progress Daily Stamps by playing Star Tournament levels, which means you can still collect stamps while waiting for new levels to arrive 🙌

Just to add a couple of helpful details:

This works when you have finished all available levels and are playing Star Tournament
The stamp is earned from Star Tournament levels, not older map levels
Make sure your game is updated to the latest version so the change is active

We know players at the end of the map have been asking for more ways to keep progressing features, so it's great to see this improvement rolling out.
