In regard to people giving up. We are currently in the early stages of the tournament. So many participants will just be getting their daily dose of Candy Crush for Therapeutic reasons, rather than actively wanting to participate in a competition.
I’m hoping during the later stages they will ditch the side quests (Candy Royal, Chocolate box etc)

Hello @Tiler66 the game crashing or freezing is something that a lot of people are complaining about recently.
Until King finds the cause of the issue there isn't anything that a player that can do about the issue.

I am sorry to hear that you have been experiencing recurrent issues in you game and losing purchased boosters due to that glitch! I am also sorry to hear that the situation was not resolved after your previous complaint🙃
Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game? Also, when did the issue start?
Did you try to contact the Player Support team? If so, do you have a ticket number? I can escalate it to our Game Experts' team and see if they can assist you quicker?

Game crashes after I purchase
this game keeps crashing at the most in opportune times. When using a booster. When I have just made a purchase and it wipes out the purchase boosters!!!
so frustrating especially when I lose money. I think it’s time to delete this account as I have had no responses to these errors.

Re: ❓Quick question? Do you check the level objective before you start a level?
To be honest I often don't bother to look at it until I've played my first few moves, especially if I'm in a rush such as during a competition. All objectives pretty much can be fulfilled by the same methods now, so I don't think it's all that relevant any more. It's about getting rid of blockers. All blockers are removed by the same types of moves and boosters.
I decide on the boosters according to the difficulty label and if I have lots of them. I do agree that before playing the lucky candy you need to look at the objective, but I rarely play it.
Re: How to complete a level when this happens
The only way to complete this level when this happens is to quit and replay the level, I am afraid. From the point as shown in your screenshot this level now cannot be passed no matter what you do, so you have quit.
Next time make sure you allow the chocolate to grow to the required number before destroying the last square, so that you can unlock those order locks.

I understand how that could be confusing. The Multiplier Tokens are limited to 6 tokens for the entire All Stars tournament, and once they are used, there aren’t any additional ones given later in the event.
All players should receive a pop-up message in the game explaining how the tokens work the first time they appear. The information is also available in a few places if you want to check it again:
• In the All Stars “How to Play” section which you will find in the game
• In the All Stars 2026 overview post here in the community
It’s definitely a feature where timing matters, so using the tokens strategically can really help during the later stages of the tournament.
