Who is lying about this issue?
I had an issue with a "special offer" purchase that I made.
I bought the Kupuna-Wa Coco skin at a discounted price but never received my item.
There are other people in the forums that had the exact same issue and after contacting customer support they claim they were able to receive the item that they purchased.
But when I contacted customer support (which was a nightmare) when they finally replied they said it is "impossible" to give a skin to an account when there was an issue with the purchase.
What I'm wondering is, who is lying?
Seems like an easy fix. I have my receipt, and I even had a screen shot of the offer, but they don't want to give me the Kupuna-Wa Coco skin.
Is it because it was being offered at a discounted price? (Which is what I think)
Sounds like they're scamming and ripping me off.

We've been reviewing your accounts- it turns out you have 2 different accounts. On the one with player ID 483012918, you're on level 578 in Blossom Blast Saga, and on level 1783 in Candy Crush Saga; on the one with player ID 1510743676, you're on level 105 in Blossom Blast Saga and on level 688 in Candy.
You can only sync one King account to one Facebook account, and if the old King account is synced with your current Facebook account, there is no way to sync the new King account to it. 😥
The only thing we can do is transfer your levels to the old King account again, so that you are on the correct level when you play on Facebook and on King. Would you be interested in this? Just let @Diamond Lim or me know! 🤗
