Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might returns to your game

Hello @Jejsta123 I wouldn't say that it limits our ability as we still have options to translate other peoples' posts. I get what you mean though and the lack of a built in translation tool makes it more long-winded for those that want to respond to posts in foreign languages.

I believe it would be better if you played on one device only, the newest of the two. But I wonder what operating system do you have on your iPad. 🤔I read a comment by one user here that iPadOS 26 was causing some problems with Pet Rescue. I have iPadOS 18 and the thing has been asking me for an upgrade for ages, but I had a bad experience years ago, trying to upgrade a brand new laptop from Windows 8 to 10, so I decided to hold onto the older operating system for as long as I can. Hopefully, by the time I definitely have to upgrade the game won’t have issues anymore.

If you still have issues, please let the Community Managers know what type of device are you playing on and what sort of problem you have, so they can help you. It’d be very convenient if you tagged any of them, as well.

Are you playing on Facebook? Snow Rider just posted an update about the login resetting issue, that is supposedly fixed.
I know it’s frustrating, but it’d be great if you let the Community Managers know what brand and model of device are you playing on, so they can help you quicker.
It’s also very useful to tag any of them.
