Hello there!

I'd like to report that my game presents severe crashing during Survival Run.

Here's what is happening:

1.-I've already rebooted the phone's system.

2.-I've forced all secondary apps to be closed so the game can be runned smoothly.

3.-There's a moment when I earn 300+ trophies, and in this part is when the game starts crashing or freezing, and makes me lose all the earned trophies and my tickets and after that, I need to re-open the game without any saved progress. :(.

It happened to my more than three times during this week and I'd like to recover my tickets and see if there's any chance to get back the trophies or at least the tickets I've lost because of this issue.
