🔹 Here's some info on the Daily Calendar. ⬇️
- Your Daily Calendar streak might be lost due to a weak internet connection or due to server issues.
- Updating your game app might sometimes completely erase the data related to your Daily Calendar streak.
- If you do not log in from midnight to midnight in your local time zone, your counter will restart.
💡 I wouldn't worry to much about this because a high streak doesn't really matter that much. Every 3rd & 6th days you'll receive the pink gift box, on the 7th day you'll get the purple box & on the other 4 days you'll get the small gift box.

Erstmal schon schön, das du in King.com bist. Denn dort ist alles einfacher als in FB.
Frage: Hast du einen PC?
In dein Spiel kommen zufällig ausgewählte Spielergruppen und du kannst sie per Anfrage zufügen.
Ich habe extra mal 2 Bilder für Dich gemacht. Es ist ganz einfach. Es kommen Gruppen von Spielern zu Dir in dein Spiel und oben ist das Symbol mit den 2 Personen. Das Symbol für Freunde. Du kannst sie bei anfragen zu lassen und selber eine Emailadresse von Deinen Freunden eingeben und dann ist er bei Dir in Deiner Gruppe mit. So könnt ihr Euch Leben hin und her schicken. Ich hoffe das macht Sinn für Dich!
Dieses ist nur am PC möglich!!!

Hello @Jim_Coyle I am sorry to hear your game is crashing. Can you tell me which iPad (model and version) you use? Also do you have the latest updates from the game app and iPad?
I myself also play on iPad, have all latest updates game and device, and I don’t have any problem. So if you can provide me your information I can see if there are other problems.
In the meantime I want to ask you to do some troubleshooting too for the iOS devices:
Force closing your apps
- Double click the Home button to see your open apps
- Swipe up on all apps which can interfere with the performance of the game
Restarting your device
- Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button until the “Power Off” slider appears.
- Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.
- After the device turns off, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button again until you see the Apple logo.
Checking the storage on your device
Make sure that you have sufficient free storage on your device, we normally recommend having at least 2GB free.

- I'm less than 40 levels shy of Level 2000 & I would definitely like a reward once I get there. 🙃 I remember you mentioned you were close to Level 2000 too, hope you got there Peggy!

Hello again @ktbui84 😊 You say you are waiting for BGH for over 3 weeks, so I guess you have seen him back. Must say, you were lucky then; some players saw him back, but others didn’t. Anyway, I think we had no BGH because there was the Bear Brawl Event. And maybe to features using energy is too much 🤔. So did you see the main thread BGH first page: Most of you will be able to have the feature from the 12th of April until the 3rd of May non stop. After May, it is unsure how the feature will be resumed, but one way or the other, it will be resumed.
I hope you will be in that group of players 🙂.
