At the moment, the clearest pattern seems to be that for some players the game freezes while they are still inside a level, often around boosters, special candies, or near the end of a level.

To help us narrow this down, please let us know:

• Does it freeze during the level or after the level ends?
• Does it usually happen when using a booster / special candy, or also on a normal move?
• What device are you playing on?
• Do you have to close and reopen the game to continue?
• If possible, please share a screenshot of the frozen screen

That will help us group the reports properly and pass clearer details back to the team.
