How to reach customer support staff?
I got an issue with my gold bars, already tried all ways to fix but it didn't work. I tried to raise the issue to the customer service but all I got is just support chat by bot. I sent email and they replied with the auto mail. How to reach the customer support staff?

Regularly."Tiffy in a Boat" ALWAYS appears (not once a day or every 2 hours). EVERY time I run out of lives.This allows me to keep playing and continuously win the episode races.I've read the rules, and King reserves the right to disqualify unusually high wins at its discretion.This is worrying for me. I'm putting off real-life activities to play CCS.

Not sure about others but yes to 1 & 2. I find this information somewhat helpful in deciding which boosters to use particularly the lucky candy (check mark).
Allstar event suddenly gone

I am not sure how to get help on this. I qualified during first round to go into knockout. About 17 hr before I could see the waiting time for first knockout but all of sudden it was gone and hasn't come back at all since then. I have done multiple levels and its still not there. How come it suddenly vanished from mine screen even though I qualified right in the beginning.

I’m glad you’re alright and that issue with the login is fixed. But it does feel like it’s been a long time since we last talked. Or maybe it was just because every day there were a lot of new posts with the same complaints. I got a bit tired of them, but at the same time this Community is as addictive as the game itself, so I couldn’t leave. 😝
