The two Daily Stamps mentioned by Mulligan is not a glitch and is something that I think Nobody1 has already mentioned @christinewupp
Unless I misread the post all Mulligan was referring to was gaining two daily stamps in one sitting by playing before and after midnight

Candy Royale only shows up in my game once in a blue moon. Whenever it shows up, I will make sure to get the gold bars reward. So, I have the impression that if you keep winning the Candy Royale, it will goes in hibernation.
As for Episode Race, I used to keep a distance of 8 episodes from the end. Now I am 2 episodes away. If there is no episode race available, I will just stop going forward.

Please try the following it may reset things for you 💓
Force close apps and restart your device.
Check that you have the latest game and device updates
You need a strong connection wi fi is better and at least 2gig of free memory then clear the game cache as overloaded cache can create issues
Android: Settings > Apps > Candy Crush Soda > Storage > Clear Cache
iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
