It depends on what you mean by not receiving multipliers @vdeluca1
If you have used the six tokens that you originally had at the start of the competition and now you are waiting for more tokens then this isn't how they work. The six multiplier tokens have to last the whole competition and once you have used all six of them you do not receive anymore.

Hi @jen43 and a warm welcome to the Candy Crush Solitaire community. Have you ever played Solitaire? If so that is what this game is.
It is a little different for all of the other King games. This solitaire game does not use lives. When you first start you will notice that you can receive gold every 4 hours. When I first started I put a timer on to collect the gold every 4 hours. That is the most important thing you need. So take it easy playing the game until you collect.

I didnt either..on the rules it says you can play on up to five phones.. that's alot in my opinion.. I'm using only one and I'm my opinion it should be one phone like in the finale

Do you know if you make the finale when you need to have your passport by? I don't have one but found out that you can get one the same day if need be.
