Yeah, I'm trying to play the race game today. I can play a level in a minute or two but then I have to wait ten minutes or more watching a black screen until I am back at Petopia to try another level. I have, through Windows, reset the app which took away all my boosters and daily progress though through the account synced up with where I was level wise. I have determined it is a glitch in the Windows app as it worked fine a week or so ago and is messing up on two different Windows 11 computers..

The problem now is the game is lagging and stuttering. After playing for about 5 minutes its lagging so much I have to shut the game down and start again. The pets move every 1 second. Please sort this problem with the game out or it will simply be deleted. I know it's not my device as the annoying adverts that are used NEVER FREEZE so that shows its the pet rescue program that has the problem.

Thanks, but that would be shown on the map anyway wouldn't it @Alienscar or am I not grasping properly what you are saying. I've never had my as on, I ticked it before taking the screenshot for clarity to show. But if what I'm thinking you're saying is right, it's just another pointless feature then π€

I only need to look in my lives envelope to see how many I have, but there must be a specific reason for this. Would really like to know what it is π

It is the SAME level as Deal_One, but you get less moves than him, because you are sitting at higher levels, so you get a harder version. This is a signals to you. Many harder levels are waiting for you.
You should create a new account and then use Christine's suggestion to play it.

I agree not fun anymore and I have been playing a long timeβ¦now daily bonus is useless not like before when you got 2 hours of bonus and 30 mins of play time. Also there used to be a lot of other ways of earning boosters or bars. Now you play and have a hard time getting ahead. Not fun when you are stuck on same level sometimes for days. I am level 8356 and get a regular round then hard, ultra hard and super hard. I cannot pay to play and maybe paying members get all the good quests now but most of us especially now cannot afford to pay and this was a good way of just having some fun.
