Since February 16, every time I log into thr game it starts from level 1, but I am at level 12858. How can I log in to my previous level where I was before?

I have played candy crush saga for many year but as i have not played in a few days i’ve lost the game and unable to reenter game i was on lever over 6570 now back to 2 help please

perhaps it does have a bug. It’s frustrating that I’ve played over 100 games and have not cleared one game since two weeks. I may just stop playing altogether.
