Are these really NEW problems?
I'm curious about the problems that many players are experiencing, such as the Free Switch in the Sweet Cinema(for me too), and some players not getting Ads, or whatever other issues that players are having, are they all of a sudden new problems?? I'm sure players have played this game for many years, so have you ever had these issues before, or just recently?? I have a feeling these are new, and the only way of beating the system, you must either accumulate lots of gold bars or buy them. Otherwise, surprise us all, and give the boosters back that help players pass levels!

Hi @djc311 well I can only think of a few ways for you to have received zero bars.
The first is that you failed one of the seven levels and got kicked out of the Royale.
The other is that it took you longer than 24 hours to complete the seven levels. You only have 24 hours to complete all seven levels once you start the Royale.
Other than that I know that people at the end of the game map do have issues with the Candy Royale not starting, so I wonder if your issue is an extension of that
Also King seems to be having a lot of server issues and people are complaining about the game quitting when they complete a level.
Activision's servers were attacked with a DDOS this week so I wonder if this impacts King's servers in any way.
Realistically I think all you can do is contact Player Support to see if they can help you.

Did you see a screen like this?
Do you have a screenshot of before and after successfully finishing Candy Royale?
If you believe you didn't receive your reward, feel free to write to Support and ask them to take a look. If you have a screenshot of your missed reward, they are more likely to send it to you manually.

I've never won the full 500 gold bars, the highest I've got was 125 gold bars.

I know that one or two others have said the same thing about candy royale, it would seem that it's taken away from players at or near the end of the map. I still have it on my second account but that one is only around level 1200 & it's every 4 days rather than daily. It's also possible they are restricting the amount of gold bars players in the 14000s can win.

Teah, It’s really annoying. Sometimes, If I have nothing to lose, I’ll deliberately quit the level just to clear the tournament! Hahahahahahahahahahahaha
