Hi, All,

Anyone know how I can contact Customer Service? I have several times made gold bar purchases, but the bars never appear or given to me. Initially, I thought I had made a mistake with using the app. After checking my bank account, it appears that I had actually made all the purchases. Any answers on how to fix this or know a number to contact?
