I help out at a nursing home and many there play candy crush. However the covered jellies are very hard for them to see. Can anything be done about that. The colored jellies underneath are hard to distinguish for the elderly.

Hello @lizzie28 , it seems that Facebook has some glitches that they have not resolved that is causing game players to have problems.

Below is a copy of a statement that our Superstar @Elsa made to others on another thread.

My personal thoughts on this connection is telling me that this is a Facebook glitch again! And Again! And Again! Within the last year or so these have all been Facebook glitches and we have to wait for them to fix it.

Why are all of you playing through Facebook? Why aren't you playing through King instead? Depending on your level you can play up to level 2825 on king.com, however, that has it's own glitches. If you have Windows 10 on a PC install the game app and create a King account by following the steps from here. I haven't used Facebook for any of my games in over a year because of all the issues. If you are on mobile then follow the steps from here to create a King account. Make sure to follow the steps to sync your Facebook account with your King account. That will give you your progress.

When I see connection issues and the word Facebook it usually turns out to be on Facebook's end and King can't do anything about the fix. Please try to play through King. You will be much happier.
