Hi, I'm new to the community and I've been playing Candy Crush for about three months; sometimes non-stop for hours. I'm a 77 year old female and this is the first time I've played a computer inter-active game. Always before any game I played was simply against the computer. So this is new to me and please forgive me if I mess up. Right now most of my game seems to be lost. I always keep logged in and last night I went to bed and this morning when I opened the game a lot is gone. No team, no weekly contest and worse of all, no piggy bank. It was full when I quit last night and I was going to open it this morning. But it's gone. The only way I can get gold bars is by shopping them. I need the helpers because I'm simply too slow for some of the games like the chocolates. I've tried logging out and shutting down my device but that didn't work. Help please.
