Why is it SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO f* ***' difficult to try and get some help on this site. EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to submit my complaint thru the "Contact Us:" link I get that annoying pop-up, "OOPS" something went wrong (but not really we just don't want to deal with all the malfunctions, and game errors).
One such issue is an ONGOING PROBLEM when I want to buy additional moves to keep playing and complete a level. There's no trouble spending 9 gold bars for 5 add'l moves, or spending 15 or 18 but when I spend 22 gold bars to keep playing the game freezes. EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!! I reported the issue several times in the past and did all the updates, fixes, etc and have just refrained from spending the 22 bars. Months have passed but it just happened AGAIN!!! I'd like my 64 bars refunded (9+15+18+22) and FIX THE GAME!
And PLEASE don't waste your time and mine by telling me this isn't the place for this. Instead, FIX THE "CONTACT US" LINK !!

The issue is with King and not anyone in the community I believe. I do know how annoying it is trying to reach them over there. Probably the best any moderator in the community can do is give you help in trying to contact customer
I'm definitely not telling you that this isn't the place for this I've just had issues in the past like yours.I do hope that your able to get the issue resolved.
