    Hello

    Welcome to this community

This community only accepts English outside of the international

corner. If you don't speak English, it's not that tragic, please use an

internet translator. It will help you further.

I picked out 3 for you.

    Hello guys .

    @Glenn1972  @Nck @Udi @Spinnifix  @Elsa  @Sofia1992

I have something on my mind, but I don't know if it could be implemented. Often players post asking for help in the support area in another language, then they are referred to the international corner. There they respond to their problems in their language, however the people who respond are not counted the points as support, nor is there an option to mark 'answer accepted' Am I explaining myself well? What I propose is to implement the suppo5rt area in the international corner for the three languages that we use there, if it is feasible, of course. I don't know if it can be done. Thank you for your attention and for your work.

@hechicerilla the issue you're addressing happens in 'standard' communities too. It depends on who is asking the question and if they select "question" instead of "discussion" first when they create a new thread. If they choose "question" then what will appear is "answered" or "accepted answer" after and whoever answers gets the points. If they choose "discussion" what will appear is just "new" and who answers doesn't get any points.

I went check international corner and there are some "accepted answers" and "answered". So it works in theory. If no points are given to the person who answers to proper "questions" then it's another issue.

In my opinion it's worse when your answer get accepted but you don't get any points for it. It already happened to me. Or when you create a new discussion and you don't get your promised 6 points for the effort. I know points that fail to be added are not a big deal at the end of the day but it still irks me 😂

In candy crush saga support section it's easier to preselect "question" because there's only one choice, I think, and it's "ask a question". (I still happen to see discussions in ccs support anyway, some are moved there by CM).

In international corner things are not as neatly separated as they are in a bigger community like CCS. I can see why it's like this, international corners are little sub communities. There you get to choose what kind of thread you'll make (poll, discussion, question).

    Hello you two! 😉
Since I am also responsible for the international corner - German, changes will come soon.
I also have a lot of ideas in this regard. Have already opened a contribution. When the German area started, I had already brought in ideas. Only, not everything is possible to implement it yet. I was told that by @Lola_Pop . But we are working on it. That with the accepted answer was addressed in the expert area. Thanks for your idea. We are busy about it. In the German area you can see that I am diligently taking care of it. I am always available for further ideas.
@Lola_Pop and I work very closely together and it works great !!👍️

True @Spinnifix , the German area is very well managed, and it is thanks to you I have not been to the French area much, I have not noticed or who is taking it, I do not know if there is activity, but the Spanish area is a little abandoned. When I realized that I began to tend the new bees there. I saw that they were talking and no one answered them, so I have been welcoming and helping the new bees that go there for days. Hopefully the support area can be made

    Hello and thanks!

I take care of the German area as you know. But the whole international corner is under discussion to transform. These ambassadors should also ensure that.

I miss earning candies and receiving boosters. That’s was a lot of fun and yet helpful. Especially for the high levels
