Yeah I made up my own haha
Went with a png from Google. Have no idea why they changed it tho. Thanks for your help

If you are already satisfied with the answer from Diamond Lim, just skip past this post; however, my post will show you how to change your picture to a character avatar.
The avatar in Candy Crush Friends Saga is either from your Kingdom Game account (your king.com account) or your Facebook account.
In order to change your avatar, you first need to either create a King Game account, or to link to your Facebook.
If you do not want to connect via Facebook, just hit the gear wheel in the corner of the screen
This will give you the opportunity to connect//create an account through email.
Once you sign up//log in, you will now have a King Game account, and this will enable you to be able to change your avatar.
To change your avatar, go to king.com, and click "Games" in the top left corner:
Go to Log in in the corner:
Log in. Once you've logged in, there should be a Settings on the top right.
Go to there and click on your avatar in there. You will see options to change it.
You can choose a King pic or upload your own external picture.
NOTE: if you already have a King Account, you can just directly log in on king.com, hit settings, and choose your avatar.

Welcome to our community @rege! Are you referring to this login here vs the game login? The community is totally separate from the game but if you played through king.com then it would have been with a King account. When you log into the game are you logging in with Facebook or a King account? Please give more details so that I can offer you some help.

Hello @rege Have you just started to save your game? When I first signed up to save my game I was directed to this community and, like you, when I tried to use my in-game user name for this site I wasn't told that I couldn't.
When you login to this site now though you should be seeing a message asking if you want to merge your in-game account with your community account. This sounds like it might solve your issue.

The one way I know is to click on the current avatar that you have and check the edit profile tab. From there it has options to change your pic or avatar (depending on your current level it might be avatars only)
