Still can't log in!
Hiya! Are any of you still experiencing the connection error for Candy Crush Saga? I've tried many times since last week and it's supposedly being looked at. I can't log in with Facebook or email and it says I have no internet connection. The only way I was able to fix this on Candy Crush Friends Saga was to uninstall the app and download it again, losing all of my boosters. I don't want to lose all my boosters again to play Candy Crush Saga. So what's the scoop? Ty

Please select your device that you are playing on any King's Games, then you click on any device and read to follow these troubleshooting steps of this problem that I hope this helps (These discussions solved by Community Team.) 😉

If you follow uninstall and reinstall any King's Games, you save your game's progress and gold bars are transferred but you have lost all of the boosters and your event will be reset or gone.

Hello @Xadora, I'm sorry you're still having trouble.
Do not uninstall your game!
You wrote that you are able to get into Candy Crush Friends Saga (CCFS). If that's correct, then I want you to log out of CCFS and then log back in, but create a King account and login using your new King account instead of Facebook. You can do that from the login screen. Once you've done that, go to your Settings and then apps and clear the cache for Candy Crush Saga (CCS). Go to your app store and look for an update to CCS. Download the update if there is one. Now go back to your CCS app and try to log into it with your King account. It's the same email and password that you just created.
This should get you back into your game without losing your boosters.
