Can't upgrade royalgames account to Gold

Hi
I've tried to find any information about this topic without any luck. So, does anyone here know why I can't upgrade my account at royalgames.com to a gold? I wish to do this so I can't collect diplomas moslt, but also to avoid queues.

As @stan1981 wrote above, you are in the King Community. I did a Google search on Royal Gsmes and got this. I'd try there.

I know that it's a different site, BUT, as you can see, King must have something to do with RoyalGames since there's logos and links to King.com on their page. Also, as far as I remember, RoyalGames used to be King.com back in the days?

Yes, I saw the King too, but this community doesn't have anything to do with the Royal Games. If you don't want to join the Royal Games community, then the only other thing I can suggest is contacting them from your game. Start from the settings or profile. There should be something for you to contact them.

I'm so sorry. It sounds like you've tried everything you can. I'm surprised no one in the Royal Games community has helped. Are there Community Moderators that you can contact?
