Lost boosters

I have not changed my device whatsoever, I just didn’t play the game for a couple of weeks

i opened the game today to find I had 0 of all my power ups where I had at least 10 of the starting boosts and close to 100 lollipop hammers and sticky hands and around 30 striped lollipops

is it possible to get these back I’m on level 1722+ and I tend to rely on these each level
