Hi @Lola_Pop.

I am now in day 4 of the week offering unlimited lives and special events to CCS players, and I still do not have either. I have confirmed that I meet the criteria and have sent my device info. Is there anyone else on the @Community_Team that can help resolve my issue. I have not heard from you excto re-ask me for my information. PLEASE HELP while I still have some days left to enjoy unlimited lives!

@Lola_Pop. Thanks for the update. I hope the technical team is not overloaded with these issues. My issue only seems to be affecting CCS. Can you confirm that I have the latest version -- 1.175.0.4 please? I don't get an update when I check my app.

I got unlimited lives yesterday but I don’t know how to appreciate but to be sincere now I was alerted that my unlimited will be over this night in Nigeria current time was 8:41pm

@Lola_Pop I don't stay logged into the CCS game when I am out of lives. I like to be able to give my friends free live with each login. I only play CCS on my tablet now, but I originally played it on my PC until I maxed out on levels there. I haven't opened CCS on my PC for over a year.. I rarely restart my tablet, if that makes any difference, and I am almost always online when I play.

I am hoping to get unlimited lives before the week ends, @Marlene_S , but I am still waiting for good news from Lola_Pop. Thanks for asking.
