Game won't move to next level
Level 1
My game won't move on to the next level. I have what I call ball stuck so I am guessing that is why the game won't move on. It won't let the lights come down after you win a game. I have been on this level for some time so I am hoping someone can tell me how to fix this.

Do you play on a PC or mobile device? If you're playing on a mobile device, look for an update and update your game and clear the cache. Hope this helps you further! Otherwise, play the previous level again, finish it and update it and clear the cache. Good luck

Mine freezes occasionally and unfortunately you have to just close the game and restart. Once, when I was a rookie maybe still playing on Facebook, it froze right after I beat it. I had been stuck for days on that level and I finally beat it! In denial and anxiety stricken, I refused to allow the notion of restarting my PC be more than a fleeting thought. My determination, dedication, perseverance that others perceive as obsessive; ok maybe even full blown addiction was pointless! I left the stuck brutally crushing cc level where it was at overnight. I will not die a quitter! The next day my PC crashed and it restart on its own.. ugh.. So I went back on to try to beat that evil level again and when it opened it registered.. I beat the level and I went on to play again, and again.. Today I recognize I probably should attend some sort of cc support group. The crushin obsession is real.. Good luck! Don't worry! How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug as so many players have this problem. (I hope it's solved! 🤔)

⚠️ NOTE ⚠️
If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset or gone.
