How about you click "forgot your password" then you can send new one to your email adress that I hope this helps. (I can see the players have this problem too on Candy Crush Support Community.) 😊

Try clearing the cache from the app. Then turn the phone off, wait 10 seconds or more and restart. See if that helps. I have that trouble sometimes.
