Hi @Carmel1919 I am a night owl so for me, everything is upside down. During the night I like to play games, read a book, or practice yoga 🧘🏻‍♂️ Does any of these suggestions work for you?

Milky drink before bedtime...read a book? Keep off screened devices as that keeps you awake.

Lights off watching tv in the dark is always a winner for mr Slayer. Works everytime much to his disgust as he wants to watch the programme he sleeps through.
