Hi @Carmel1919 - sorry you are having trouble sleeping. Some things my daughterโs have tried - using black out curtains and/or a sleep mask and also a white noise machine. There are also apps out there where you can sleep listening to rain drops in a forest or waves washing ashore.

Not really... Last night all of our power and Wi-Fi shut off so I got even less cuz I couldn't listen to music but it's ok..
