Diamond digger

Hi, I’m new on here. Is anyone having an issue with diamond digger, when I open the app I can hear the sounds but just shows a black screen. I have tried everything to switching my phone off to deleting the app and reinstalling but nothing works. ☹️

Have you tried logging out of the game and clearing the cache in the app? You'll also need to turn your phone off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on. After you turn in back on, go look for an update to the app. Sometimes the game gets out of sync, especially if there is an update waiting.

Thanks for your answering! You make sure to to click on "Contact Us" first (on bottom of the page). After that, you make sure write your full name, email address, choose What King's Game and your platform then topic is "Problems with my Game" and subtopic is "Crashing/Freezing". Finally you asked them this trouble problem. You should wait for Community Team will answer and help you. (but it taken longer) 😊
