Beans and rewards gone

You know what really bumms me out? :(

That when you get a new phone, all your rewards and beans are gone...

Can nothing be done about that?

Hi @Sylvia_Julia . Welcome to our Community 🌺

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.

It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.

But...

I'm always logged in with Facebook and I have not deleted the game on my old phone yet.. I'm still playing it on there cause there I still have my beans :/

If you haven't uninstall and reinstall this game with old device, yes! You have still your boosters and beans on your old device but you cannot transferred your boosters and beans on your new device. You can see @kiara_wael have given other information about lost boosters. We hope you can understand to read it. 😊
