All our games require that your Android version is at least 4.4.4 or higher. Even though for best game experience I'd recommend to have Android 5 or later version installed.
For iOS you will need at least iOS 8 or later version to be able to play any King game.

May I know whether you have uninstalled and reinstall the game so it will associate with your current Apple ID? Since you can't recall your old Apple ID, I suggested this way after searching solutions outside this forum.
If it doesn't work, you may have to contact Apple directly.

The app seems to have been downloaded by another Apple-Id and therefore can only be updated when logged in with the same account.
Please delete and download the game again with your current Apple-ID to be able to update it. First make sure that the game is Facebook connected or saved on a King account so you can restore the levels. Boosters and Lives will be lost though.

Ive tried to tap on my profile bottom then use email or Facebook but either way is saying there’s a connection error. It’s been like this for at least 6-8 weeks and it’s beyond a joke. It’s far better to offer support via phone for these types of issues.
The game is installed as an app on my apple iPhone the option is to delete not uninstall. If I delete I’m pretty sure I’ll be having to start from the beginning. I’ve made some changes to my background app refresh settings so I’ll let y’all know what happens over the next 24 hours
delete the app or uninstall same result. Make sure you follow the instructions of crazy cat lad and you should be fine. If you do it right you won't lose your levels. If you do lose your levels and go back to 1 come back and tell us. We can help with that too. But I don't think you need to worry. CM crazy cat lad is so helpful.
