Echec connexion Pet Rescue

Bonjour, depuis plusieurs jours, impossible de jouer aux "événements". Arrivée au premier niveau, j'ai une image avec un chat me disant qu'il faut une connexion internet alors que tout fonctionne parfaitement

J'ai actualisé, redémarré, effacé les cookies, prévenu FB...... rien n'y fait!

J'ai écrit chez Pet Rescue et on me renvoie vers la communauté alors qu'il s'agit d'un problème technique!

Je ne sais plus que faire

Can I just ask the same question in English then. Since over a week it's impossible to reach the extra challenges. At first I thought it was only the weather page (always give a: you don't have internet) but apparently it's also with the mountain octopus. The rest of the game loads normally and can be played.

Anyone else this problem and how can it be fixed?

This issue is still under investigation, but no error is found yet.

If you're playing on a Windows PC, you can also download the game as an app from Microsoft Store here and play via the Windows app instead

Je n'aime pas du tout le nouvelle et me redirige vers l'ancienne tant que je peux

I tried the downloaded version of the game - which now allows met to play the weather game but I seem to have lost ALL of my boosters when I play the downloaded game. Any idea how to get them back?

⚠️ Please attention when you have trouble to lose all of your boosters! ⚠️

1. The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device or reinstall any King's Game! 

2. The boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that they are not saved on our servers especially if you didn't have the game saved. 

It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. 

We do not replace items and help you to return your boosters back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here, so they can help. 😊
