I keep getting DOUBLE charged for my purchases and I am tired of my money being taken and I can not get a refund. I have lost a lost of money an YOU need to stop double charging me. I need this to STOP.

How about you tried these steps (Purchase Issue/Problem) that I hope this helps. 😊
If it's still not worked, you can click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

Hi @Menmaw Please follow @Diamond Lim link to customer services once they have your game ID they can check your payments if they see the double charges they will refund you 👍
