@lisanailsc Unfortunately, I can't help with this problem, I've never had such a lock. I can only imagine that the tickets are over and a new ticket is available for participation in the specified time. Unfortunately, I do not have any other ideas.

Omg it’s just done it again. Every time I play, so this means players can keep climbing up the leaderboard but I can’t. So in 2 hours I could be right back down again.really not happy at all.

Hi @lisanailsc have you checked out the royal championship area to see what others have to say about the game? Just click on ‘Royal’ at the top of the page. I don’t play myself so I don’t know what the changes are in the game.
