Don't worry! You can follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug here (any device) that I hope nothing this happens. 😊

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.

I was wondering the same thing I'm trying to play it on a Samsung galaxy and it won't load at all and this keeps popping up. And I have wifi and data so I'm not getting why it doesn't work

Unfortunately it is because crash on the run is no longer a king game it was removed on the 16th February 2023
There are no plans for its return 💓
