- not hearing the music even if it's on (both on the device- volume up- and the game)
- any kind of strange noises

There is a bug: there is music in bloom blast just after it is opened, but it disappears after winning a level. Check the setting and the music is on

I am sorry that you are having this issue in BB!
We´d need a bit more information to be able to assist you: the game version you are running (go to your phone´s app settings and look for Blossom, version number should be displayed there), your phone model and firmware version and also your coreuser ID please.

Hello! Came on here to report an issue and found this thread, yay! I am playing BW3 on a windows 11 pc (it's new). For the past 4 or 5 days I've had sound but anytime a magic hat shows up the audio for just it, is super, super loud, like can hear it throughout the house! The rest of the game sound was the same as audio on any other place I was using it. Starting today I would start the game, play a few rounds, walk away to do something, come back and play and there is no sound at all. If I close the game and reopen it, the sound is back for a short time (along with the extremely loud magic hat). I do not want to reinstall and lose what few boosters I've collected in the past week so hoping there might be an easy fix?
I did check the microsoft store and there are no updates. Thanks for any help!
