I like bicycle 🚴‍♀️ and walking 🚶‍♀️, where I live there a lot of parks and green. I can go sit somewhere and do zen, talk to the 🌳 and 💐🌹.

I love dancing 💃 and meet new people.

Hugging my dogs relaxes me.

I try sometimes mindfulness and be happy, but it'salways working.

A good movie or sequence can stop my mind and make me quiet.

Just doing nothing makes my head empty.

If I really dont can clear my mind I go to 💤.

I'm a really quiet person when I wake up (still dreaming and need 1 hr to get awake)
