@Pounawea - Congratulations for being awarded the Community Manager of the month.
@wykoon - Great job and girl with many talents.
Here are my follow-up questions.
- What is the most creative thing you have ever done to serve the community?
- How do you know when a community is working and thriving?
- How can the site's community be improved -- what are three quick ways to make it better.
- Before you became the community manger, what was your expectation? Your expectation and King's expectation is very different and have you met your expectation and their expectation?
- How do you resolve conflicts between members of the community or should I ask is it your job to resolve conflicts between moderators and members of the community?
- My last question - if you can do one single thing as a community manager without limitations - what would that be?

Congrats @Pounawea on the Community Manager of the Month!
Great interview, you seem to be very adventurous. My question to you is, is there something extreme you would love to do that you haven't done yet?

Hi @Pounawea πππππ
This dish is typical of my city Rome and if you go around in Italy you can't taste it, is not easy to prepare. With the grated pecorino romano ( is a cheese) with 3 or 4 spoons of cooking water of Tonnarelli you have to do a creamy mixture!!!! Is amazing!!!!
This is one of my favorite
If you are planning to visit Rome you have to taste it!!!! ππππ
