unable to login on app
Hello,
I got a new phone and want to login on this device with my account. But it's saying incorrect email or password all the time. I can login on the webpage with the information with out any problems.
I login with an email. Hope sone one can help or its all lost :/

Oh! No! When you still cannot connect with your Facebook/Kingdom Account on this game :
Don't worry! You can click here (Facebook) then you select a device and read to follow these troubleshooting steps of login issue/problem that I hope this helps.
If you want to connect Kingdom Account, you can click Android, Apple or Windows 10 App then read to follow these troubleshooting steps of login issue/problem too.
If it's still not worked from above steps, how about you follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug here (any device) that I hope nothing this happens. đ
I think uninstall and then reinstall steps then must allow the confirmation message to show for the software to register it is the best solve problem that I hope nothing this happens too.

If you want to try uninstall and reinstall steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered and your current level is saved but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with Facebook or King.Com.Â
If you have followed all of above steps already but it's still not worked, you click on "Contact Us" only then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they help you but it taken longer. Thanks! đ
