Happy Thankgiving. I love peas pudding with my Turkey Dinner. 2-3 cups of split yellow peas are boiled in a fabric tied bag for 3 hours. Mashed with butter, herbs and pepper 😊

I think it's time for me to start trying vegan dishes! My sister is totally vegan to the extent that she won't wear leather shoes because they come from an animal. Maybe we should start a vegan recipe thread here. What do you think?
