1.5 cups of water
1 egg
1 teaspoon of salt
For internal mortar;
5 potatoes
1 onion
4 tablespoons
olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Red pepper
For the above;
120 grams of butter
Yogurt with garlic according to desire
How to Make Potato Ravioli (mantı) Recipe?
For the internal mortar, chop the potatoes that you have peeled large and put them in a large saucepan.Add water to it and simmer until soft.Remove the boiled potatoes from the water and put them in a large bowl.Mash it into a puree by crushing. Chop the onion into cubes, but as small as possible, fry it in olive oil until it turns pink.Add the crushed potatoes and season with salt and spices.Remove it from the january and let it cool.Sift the flour for the dough into a large kneading bowl.Add the salt and egg and knead by adding water little by little.When the dough acquires a consistency ( it should be in a hard form ), cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 40 minutes.Place the dough on a floured worktop.Divide it into equal meringues so that it is easy to open.Unfold each cloth with the help of a rolling pin.A round mold, or cut it with the help of a tea cup spout.Place the potatoes in a mortar in the middle and cover with a half-moon shape.Boil it in salted boiling water and drain it. (this means that the dough is cooked when it begins to rise to the surface of the water. )To do this, melt the butter, drizzle over it and serve hot.

@Boybinary - It's not very yummy those torfurky vegan turkey. I agree with you that Thanksgiving is all about turkey and it was difficult for me, too. I am choosing vegan not for political stand against anything but more for my support of a family member who has to choose veganism for health reason. I have been vegan for many years and it was difficult for me on special holidays like Thanksgiving to have no Turkey - the symbol of Thanksgiving so I gave this a try last year. Tasted awful but for me I saw something that shaped like a chicken/turkey so I said symbolism over substance is more important. Of course, I love deep fried turkey and I wish I can have a slice of it but current life - not possible to go back to meat products but I assure you next life I will definitely have a BIG FAT TURKEY on my Thanksgiving table.😁

@KCullen127 Vegan wouldn't be bad it's the walking around without souls on your shoes from eating them for dinner because you have to replace the meat with them and if it's cold or wet outside then your feet will certainly let your body know that you ate the wrong thing for your dinner.....🤔😏🤣😅😂💯
