I would like to have a discussion with you to find solutions. As you know, games like Papa Pear and Alphabetty will be discontinued soon.

In those games, competitions were held here in the community and we got gold bars for it.

Now it is said that the games will be removed soon and you have to use up the boosters and the GB. In Papa Pear I have been waiting for new levels for a year and no more levels have been added. On this game I have 147 gold bars and have to uninstall this game with the gold bars. Which I find unfair. In such a case a solution has to be found. It certainly affects some players who still have free gold bars in their game and could not use them up.

No player can vouch for these games being discontinued by King. Gold bars are not transferable to another game. Purchased gold bars can be reimbursed by support. There is no problem there. How about the gold bars won in competitions? A solution must be found for this. I had already shared this concern privately with the CM and posted it publicly in Papa Pear. Unfortunately, I did not receive any replies. This is not just about me, it is guaranteed to surpass a lot of players.

So I ask you to help: Do you have any ideas and suggestions on how we could find a solution here together ?!

I agree with @Spinnifix as its unfair to players

I was pondering on this problem too ._. And I think all players should be given a chance to move their GBs and Boosters to another game.

You could give credit to all players and redeem it for a new game installed. This game has to be reinstalled and you start playing the game at level 1. That would be my alternative! 🤗🤗🤗

Hi @Spinnifix i do not know how to solve the booster issue but I think that all the gold bars should be kept regardless of whether or not they were paid for.

This website could be used as a place to monitor how many gold bars each player has in each game.

• Add a title to the side tab that says “my games”. (These are all the games that your king account is attached too. For example, Candy Crush, JellyCrush and Diamond Diaries.)

• When you click on a game certain aspects of your progress will come up, including your your level and gold bars.
• Then click on “gold bars” and it will tell you how many you have. If a game is being discontinued an option should come up that says request a transfer of gold bars to another game. Then pick a game to move them too and send the request. (Whether a request is approved automatically or manually can be up to you guys. Personally, I do not have a preference on the matter.)
• Lastly, an advertisement, about creating a king account to keep gold bars, needs to be placed somewhere in these games so players without an account can make one before the game is discontinued.

This would be good for the website, as it will generate more activity through additional users.

Hello Peggy. I am in total agreement that it's extremely unfair.

When King decides to abandon a game, there should be provision for players to transfer their gold bars and boosters to another game of their choice. GB and boosters will mainly have been won in contests or paid for by the player and they should certainly not have to be lost because of King's decision.

King is able to look at a player's account via the player ID and can see what the player has available to transfer. Therefore, appropriate arrangements should be made.

I agree with @Spinnifix that if Is unfair about the games ending and losing everything but @Erika0811 has a wonderful idea I couldn't think of anything like that I hope and pray that they take it into consideration

The COTR section of the website has pretty much turned into the complaints area. I do not know how often you click into that section but so many players are unhappy with the new interface and the game in general. Because of that I hope that those who make the decisions regarding the games take your suggestion about redeeming gold bars from discontinued games on board.

I suggested homogenising it all through this website because I thought it would be easier for the team of people who would have to connect everything to use the site because it already exists. Plus, I am hoping that by using this situation as an opportunity to gain more activity on this site, which lost a lot lately in the COTR section, might be a good incentive for those who have a say on the matter to accept your idea.
