@Diamond_Lim When I joined Community, my progess ingame was still an Facebook account. After a few days I joined , I synchronized my Facebook account into my King account via King.com, but it was too late because the pop-up ( it will ask about yes/no link your account ) no longer appeared after logging into the King Community đ. Is there another way to receive pop-up again so I can link accounts ?

If you sync your Facebook account to Kingdom account successfully with your still same one email, Yes! You don't need to edit and change your email address and "Link your Community and Game Login Details" on your profile settings now. It's nothing too late as it's still same! đ€đ
If you sync your Facebook account to Kingdom account successfully but you log in with your different email, you can only edit and change your different one email address (it's cannot more than one). You can click on your Account & Privacy Settings then you click on Pencil icon of your email then you write and confirm your new email address and then write your still current password again then save. đđ
Then you will receive your new confirm email from King Community then your new confirm email address has been updated successfully now. đ€đ
And lastly, you tick "Link your Community and Game Login Details" on Edit Profile Fields again. Then I hope you can tick "Link your Community and Game Login Details" with your new confirm email address on Edit Profile Fields successfully soon. đ€đ

Then you should keep your eyes out until you will receive your notification when you promote Pro Player after you have connected/ticked it. You can check how to receive your notification here when you promote Pro Player on King Community (if you haven't checked then ticked it yet). đ
And who haven't connected/ticked link your King Game and Community accounts and/or commented it yet, very sorry as you still never promote Pro Player on King Community. We are afraid. đ„ Don't worry! You can check my tips here how to connect/tick link your King and Community account on King Community first (if you haven't connected/ticked it yet). After you connect/tick link your King Game and Community accounts (make sure connected same one email correctly), you may promote Pro Player then you can comment it here that you will get Pro Player Badge on your view profile on King Community! đđ
And as Lola Pop the Community Manager suggested another information :
It's an automatic step, the system picks up the players who fit into the category, there's nothing they can check for you.
Please remember: Pro Players play more, they are on higher levels and/or they have been around for the longest time! đ€

I synchronized to King account with the same email with Community (confirmed), but I didn't receive a pop-up about yes/no to linking accounts . So, I try the second way as you guided.
When I go to the Account Settings section, I change to a completely new, unused email, and simultaneously change the email in the game.However, I can't send a confirmation request for the new email because it's already confirmed without receiving any notification on the new email ( see in my screenshot )
Thank you for trying to help me but I just need receive pop-up again so I can tick my accounts.
