Also, as our @bearwithme says, you need to link your accounts so the system can see if you're a Pro Player. ❤️
You're also right, @Scooterpie , we cannot honor all those Pro Players who are not in the Community. But: if one of the world-wide Pro Players is in the Community, and links their accounts, the new rank will show up. In other words, Pro Players are actually among the best world-wide, in and out of the Community. It's just that they can only be featured and know that they are Pro Players if they have both accounts and link them. That's the only way the system can pick them. Does it make sense?
In a way it's not only about the badge, but also about knowing where you stand as a player. But of course, this is optional, it's something we can offer you, but if you don't want to link your accounts, it's 100% ok. 🤗

Then Attention! You have connected/ticked link your King and Community accounts already, that's right! That option will be gone/dissappeared after you have connected/ticked it.
And who haven't connected/ticked link your King and Community accounts and/or commented it yet, you can check my tips here how to connect/tick link your King and Community account on King Community first (if you haven't connected/ticked it yet). After you connect/tick link your King and Community accounts completed, you may become Pro Player then you can comment it here that you will get Pro Player Badge on your view profile on King Community! 👑😄
And as Lola Pop the Community Manager suggested another notes :
It's an automatic step, the system picks up the players who fit into the category, there's nothing they can check for you.
Please remember: Pro Players play more, they are on higher levels and/or they have been around for the longest time! 🤗

@Diamond Lim, you're right it was a notification I received through my email. Since my email is where I read it that's what I called it. I'm still living in the 1990s when it comes to technology. Unfortunately I'm a hands on slow learner.😞
I did change my notification settings and that's been great! 👍
