Hi @wykoon here's a refreshing rooibos tea, you can drink it hot, cold or as a toddy when you have a cold or mild flu.
Recipe (for one - two cups)
Ingredients:
1 - 2 cups of water
1 rooibos tea bag
3 slices lemon
2 thin slices ginger, you can add more depending on preference
Teaspoon honey, or you can add more depending on preference
Method:
Boil water in a pot or kettle add rooibos tea bag, lemon slices and ginger and let simmer for five to ten minutes depending how strong you like you tea. Add honey and simmer for another minute or two.
Drink hot or chill and drink cold.
For a cold or flu toddy add an aspirin or two to warm drink and drink immediately, don't let concoction cool down.
N.B. don't add aspirin if giving the toddy to children under 12 years of age.

I'll put a picture up in a few..but I drink my tofu smoothies..I know it sounds nasty.
Depending on how I feel I'll make random smoothies just adding a small bit of tofu in it
Example.
1 C oats
3 Bananas
Almond milk
1/2 a pack of tofu
Cinnamon
You won't taste the tofu trust me
