No.. They can be viewed in mobile. I'm using a mobile and I could see them all.

I use iPad too @Lady_Choo and you can see who reacts. At least I can 🤔. 👉 I tap on the specific reaction, hold some seconds, list drops down, tap on a blank spot on my screen and voilà 🤗 you can see who reacted. Now I still need to know how on Android phone 🤔.
