Do you have laptop? If yes, you just search for the app called "Paint". 😁😁😁 Save the image in your laptop as PNG/JPEG. then right click on the image and select "open with" and hover to "paint" app. In the Paint app, you'll see the screen below. Then just fill the color using the "fill" function as circled in red after selecting the color from the color palette on the right hand side.
