How to contact Support from the game app to report Lost progress issues!

If you have lost your progress and need to get in touch with Support for help, follow these instructions 😉

Note! You can use this same method to contact our Support Team regarding anything! Just make sure you chose the correct topic!

Depending on the game, when you open the game app you either have 3 lines or a cogwheel you can tap on which gives you access to settings.


Once in settings, look for a❓, Help Center, or Customer Care option:


Next, select "My Gam Progress" from the list below:



Next, choose any topic from the list and:


Once you've picked a topic, scroll all the way down until you see "Contac Us"

Make sure you chose the correct topic:


Note! Once you have sent your request, you might receive an automated response so please reply back to this email, and an agent will be in touch. It can take up to 72 hours before you receive an answer.
