How to contact Player Support from the game to report an issue!
NOTE! You can follow the same steps with other topics as well, just remember to pick the topic that best describes your issue!
Depending on the game, when you open the game app you either have 3 lines or a cogwheel you can tap on which gives you access to settings.
Once in settings, look for a❓, Help Center, or Customer Care option:
Next, select "Purchases and Gold Bars" from the list below:
Next, choose any topic from the list and:
Once you've picked a topic, scroll all the way down until you see "Contact Us":
Make sure you chose the correct topic:
