Can’t get rewards

I redeemed my 100 points rewards and I haven’t received them it’s saying I will receive my rewards when I get internet service that I’m not connected to internet and I most certainly am connected to internet why is it doing this?

    King games do not have any Play Points feature in the game.

    If you are referring to Google Play Points that you use with your Google Play account in all in-app purchases on Android devices, then please contact Google Play Support for help.

    And you can also still earned more free boosters (gold bars) by in-game features/events (also contests) that you can use the boosters to beat any tricky levels too. 😉

    And please select your game area here then click on Support Area and finally you ask a question about game then waiting for their answer and help you faster and better. 😉

    Hi, I've won 2 badges in the Candy Crush Soda Championship Streak and this morning, I won the 3rd but I didn't receive the badge and prizes. Please assist. Thanks.

    Did you update the latest version of this game? 🤔

    If you have updated the latest version of this game already but it's still not worked, try these steps here 👇😊

    1. Open this game

    2. Select Profile

    3. Select Log Out then Close the app

    4. Reopen the app then Log back in to your profile (don't play first) and finally Open the game (can play now).

    Also check that you have a stable internet connection or a strong WiFi signal. You might want to see if your Internet Service Provider is experiencing any current issues.

    If it's still not worked from above steps, how about you follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug here (any device) that I hope nothing this happens. 😊

    ⚠️ NOTE ⚠️

    If you want to try uninstall and reinstall steps, you have your gold bars and level progress are saved/transfered but all of the boosters and inventory lives are lost and some events will be reset or gone when you save your progress completed with your Facebook or Kingdom Account connected.

    If you have followed these steps of Crashing/Freezing issue already but it's still not worked, you click on "Contact Us" only then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they help you but it taken longer. Thanks! 😉
