I also followed the Community in the pandemic! The first reason was that I wanted info about when the R.C. events come out!
After this I found a lot of discussions and I found that it was very interesting to participate in discussions! The R.C. itself was ideal for many discussions and there was also interest by a lot of members!
However, I found that for a newbie there were limited choices about the member's identity! There were restrictions! Only a few preselected pictures to choose for avatar!
Old members had their personal pictures, but a new member needed to reach level 4 for signature and level 5 for avatar! All these following the complicated point system!
I think that the site admins, if they want to make the Community a more friendly place for new members, they have to start from this: changing the point system!

There are new ideas in the idea areas and players are not tagged for
voting. After one question it was said: we are not allowed.
That's all. A player then asked Lim and Lim responded saying they were
allowed to tag again. I was in the ideas section and wanted the mods
to tag the players. It means: I ask and come back again.
Later the GM came back and they said we weren't allowed to tag. That
was all. Another player asked: Why?
Then the answer came that there were problems with tagging.
It's not a nice way to treat us players like that.
It would be nice to be informed about this in a post. This constant
questioning is not the purpose of the matter.
I also said: an announcement for all players would be better.
When I look at the beginnings of the community, I saw that
contributions were constantly being made by the CMS and GMs. Former
superstars.
This would have to be reintroduced so that everyone knows about it
straight away.

Old members spoke: It would be nice if old members would write and
publish such contributions.
That would be much better than leaving us players in the dark.😎

Many players went through the points system. Many
worked honestly to reach the new level. There was also the other side
that tried fraud. That's why the points system was reduced twice. To
the detriment of honest players. So they left.
I read it in a profile. That one was a GM at Jelly. It's already
gone. -

I came here for Papa Pear since I didn't receive a
reward. Before that, I had read a lot from outside.
Papa Pear was my favorite game. Unfortunately already gone.
When I came in here I saw the chaos. And just thought to myself; How
can you lead a community that is like a maze? 🤷♀️
That's why I said to myself: we have to do something here. I started
asking for help on my Profoil. Anyone interested in helping me could
register. I just wanted to do the idea areas. I first set myself a
small goal. Only Sofia said we could start with the community right
away. I said okay. Then we first worked out the path through the
community and wrote everything down. That the new players find a way.
@_Elsa_ was also diligently involved in this. -
The way I have inserted it is really very difficult
to deal with the languages. This is really not an easy thing. 1 word
can be used in different languages and have a unique and different
meaning in each country. Languages is really a chapter in itself.
Hence the suggestion that players be used to answer the players.I would take over the German players again. 🖤❤💛

Greetings @Spinnifix! I gave up on the points system almost from the beginning, yes, it was changed twice. Yes, I could see easily how to manipulate it, not my style! At the end of August I will have been in the community for 7 years. Prefer quality over quantity.
So, I never judge a player by their points….Newbies, I really learn from, their point of view is sometimes eye opening…👀
